This summer, Fiskekakebuda (the fish cake booth) will open their sales booth in Geiranger, offering delicious, fresh and hot catfish cakes. Eat them as they are, or bring some home for your dinner.
Fiskekakebuda will open in a small booth at Geirangervegen 10 (entrance from the pedestrian street in the centre of Geiranger). Here, you can buy hot fish cakes every day during the summer season – either just as they are wrapped in paper, with the exciting new naanta bread or with mashed potatoes as a side dish. Fiskekakebuda is run by the team behind emob, renting out environmentally friendly electric cars to visitors in the Geiranger area.
